Fuck Reality serves up its very first artist album here from Frantzvaag, who hails from Oslo, Norway and has a perfectly cuddly deep house sound. Heknows just how to deploy and aching vocal to really lock you in to opener 'Become' while 'Anyone Everybody' is more roomy, airy and leggy. Elsewhere, 'Dose' is all swirling pads and pastoral hues, '2001' has a crispy boom bap groove with heady pads softened the edges and 'Going Away' is a quirky and intoxicating groove with plenty of rich sound designs. The artwork is by well known artist Stefan Marx who helped give sister deep house label Smallville such a key visual identity.
