Barely a week goes by without Special Request popping up with some more face melting magic somewhere or other. In the week that his new DJ-Kicks mix is announced, he now also appears courtesy of his home label Houndstooth, who have tapped up Tim Reaper for four remixes of the Leeds's artist's back catalogue. 'Elysian Fields' is a pumped up jungle banger, his version of 'Pull Up' is all bowel-evacuating bass and drilling snares, while 'Quiet Storm' is a bit of soul drenched liquid gold that soars through the heavens on a blissful wave of euphoria.
