After 8 releases and almost 20 years asleep, CONSORTIUM RECORDS returns to the forefront, maintaining the underground artistic line which was its trademark from 1997 to 2004.
The label’s objective is now to offer elegant and authentic house music, with the ambition to produce varied and coherent projects at the same time. For its return, new artistic entities expands the catalog: TRACKMAKERS The Mattrogg/Phase duo, productions with electro-house, house and mid-tempo sounds. MATTROGG Will distil his ROGGTRAX with minimalist electro-disco sounds. PHASE in its own name finally! A radically underground deep-house style, tinged with electro-funk. OCTAVE Young prodigy producer with a resolutely 3.0 musical vocabulary. CONSORTIUM RECORDS is releasing today Refoundation EP [CR-09] by TRACKMAKERS, a 4-track maxi particularly well layered in electro-down-tempo (All Right), freaky-house (Ghostrack), house (Partey) and Detroit-house (Manevery) styles.
