Hip Hop/Soul 12" from London based Low Budget Soul remixed by Kev Brown (recently produced and remixed for De La Soul, Jazzy Jeff and Biz Markie) and pirate soul kings Blackbeard (remixes for Jamiroquai, Common, Jill Scott). Featuring vocals from Randolph Matthews and Marcia Escoffery who have both recently worked with NSM, Ty and Gum Drop. This first release is from a new batch of raw and soulful tracks from the excellent Low Budget Soul and is also drawn from the stunningly beautiful forthcoming album 'Strangers To The Ordinary', due for release summer 2006. This first single features lead vocals from Randolph Matthews & Marcia Escoffery who have recently collaborated with Gum Drop, NSM, Ty, Ritchy Pitch & Speeka. The production is handled by MPC fiend and crate digger supreme Tris Browne who blends his dirty samples and crunchy beats together like nobody else. Remixes come from the no.1 underground hip hop producer Kev Brown, who has provided beats for De La Soul, Biz Markie, Marley Marl and Jazzy Jeff. Here he supplies us with a raw soul remix that only Mr Brown could come up with. The second mix is from pirate soul dons Blackbeard, (who have remixed Jill Scott, Jamiroquai, Common and more), giving us a serious boogie groove which blends beautifully with Marcia's lush vocals equalling any contemporary release this year.
