Release description
Reishi Records is a new label fresh out of Amsterdam that debuts with two Italian masters at the controls. Stefano di Carlo and Mauro Ruvolo have credits in the likes of Vibraphone Records, Male Production and Synthetic Records and bring three varied flavours to this release. 'Morpheme' has a cute melodic riff that is juicy and neon over slick, unfussy drum work. 'Morphology' then gets more twisted for late night freaks with its long legged drums and withering sci-fi effects and last of all 'Morphophonology' brings playful acid and a stepping bass sequence that pumps the party.
